Membership is limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, legally capable of entering binding financial agreements, and who successfully complete our application and vetting process. MIH reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
MIH curates and presents investment opportunities to members. MIH acts as a facilitator of deal access and due diligence support; it is not a licensed broker-dealer, investment advisor, or bank unless explicitly stated for a specific offering. Each investment is a separate agreement between the member and the relevant deal entity.
All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance, including any historical ROI figures shared by MIH, is not indicative of future results. Members should conduct their own independent review and consult a licensed financial advisor before committing capital to any opportunity.
Membership requires payment of an application fee and recurring subscription fee, as disclosed at the time of application. Individual deals may carry separate fees (e.g. carried interest, management fees) which will be clearly disclosed in the relevant deal documentation prior to investment.
Members agree to engage respectfully with fellow members and staff, maintain confidentiality of non-public deal information, and refrain from using the community for solicitation of unrelated products or services without prior written consent from MIH.
All content on the MIH website and member portal, including research reports, branding, and educational material, is the property of The Lady Investors Hub and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIH and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership or participation in any investment opportunity presented through the platform.
MIH reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion, including for breach of these terms. Members may also cancel their membership at any time by written notice; existing investment commitments remain governed by their original agreements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
