Membership is open to ladies who are 21 and older, financially established, and committed to disciplined, long-term investing. Every applicant goes through a short vetting process before being admitted.
Most applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days. This includes an application form, a short interview, and a background verification step before final approval.
Investments
We source opportunities across real estate, private equity, technology, healthcare, energy, and financial services. Every deal is independently vetted before it's presented to members.
Minimums vary by deal, typically starting from $2,500 for co-investment opportunities and higher for direct or lead-investor positions. Each deal memo states its specific minimum.
No. Membership gives you access to opportunities — participation in any specific deal is always optional and at your own discretion.
Returns & Payouts
Payout schedules depend on the deal structure — some distribute quarterly income, others return capital plus gains at exit. Timelines are detailed in each deal's memo before you invest.
